BookBaby gift card recipients may redeem their gift cards for any of BookBaby's products and services. Gift card recipients can place their order at bookbaby.com, store.bookbaby.com, or by calling 1-877-961-6878. Gift cards do not expire and may be redeemed at any time. The amount is non-transferable nor redeemable for cash.

Can I get a refund?

Full refunds are available to the person who purchased a gift card if the card is unused. The gift card will be canceled at that time that the purchaser makes this request, so the recipient will no longer be able to use it. If the recipient uses any portion of the card for a purchase, then refunds for the person who purchased the gift card will not be available.

Refunds for recipient product purchases where a gift card is used for part or all of the payment will be refunded to the same gift card if their product order is canceled.

What if the artist doesn't use it?

It remains their credit as gift cards have no expiration date.
